The Story of Dexter
We adopted Dex in 2011 from a rescue in Sydney, Australia. He was one of the most terrified dogs that we looked at that day but there was something about him that made us want to take him. He was afraid of EVERYTHING, but a few weeks later he started to come out of his shell and would even sit with my husband (he seemed to be great with woman but not men), he was very easy to train and a few months later he was a completely different dog, he does still get scared of a few things but loves people and playing with dogs he knows. When didn't hesitate to bring him back to NZ when we moved back home late last year. Rescue dogs are the best :)
