Its with a super heavy heart that we have made the decision to re-home our much-loved man,
This is Hunter and he’s an (almost) 2-year-old Huntaway x Golden Lab.
Hunter is a loyal, loving (and VERY) energetic boy, who will love you to death. He is an outside dog that would very much love to also sometimes be an inside dog – but whose hatred of baths makes inside life unappealing ha-ha.
Our property and lives are just not allowing Hunter to live his best life, and although it’s gut-wrenching to say goodbye, we want him to have the best life possible. Hunter needs a fully fenced section, somewhere a bit quieter than our property. Unfortunately, the busy hustle and bustle of life on a main road is making him quite anxious.
Like many dogs Hunter is a mixed bag when it comes to other animals – he loves our cats, but isn’t as fond of the neighborhood strays, and has had no issues in kennels socializing or with any dogs we have cared for but does not like some neighborhood dogs in our area. If you have other animals’ experience with introducing dogs would make the transition easier.
Hunter is De-sexed, Microchipped, Registered and up to date with all vaccinations. He’s also had professional dog training and has basic commands down pat!
