Just wanting to put a feeler out and see if anyone may be interested in rehoming my boy 🐾
He’s 3 years old and neutered. He has been fine with our cats — introductions took a bit of time but no issues since.
With other dogs, he can be aggressive at the start when first meeting them, which is why we always do slow, controlled introductions using a muzzle. With this approach, he usually settles within 10–15 minutes, the muzzle comes off, and he has happily played all day with other dogs. He will need an experienced owner who understands dog introductions and management.
He loves kids and has been amazing with our newborn.
He’s a bit of a couch potato, but also loves swimming and playing fetch.
He’s got a great nose — we did a small amount of deer dog training, nothing major, but he showed really good signs.
He loves a good cuddle, and is happy in a dog box or kennel.
