Arthur is a fixed 5 year old jack russell/fox terrier cross who needs a new home so that he can get the attention, exercise and love that he deserves. He is such a lovely natured friendly dog, he loves people, is good with other dogs, is good with children and he has been so tolerant of our baby, we couldn’t have asked for a better natured dog but our family situation changed with having another baby and now we realise that Arthur deserves a home where he can get the attention and exercise that he needs.
He loves chasing balls and sticks, he throws them to himself, he loves lying in the sun, swimming and being around people and dogs. He has lots of energy and would highly benefit from daily long walks and/or ball/stick throwing and chasing. He is very food orientated and behaves well off the lead. He sleeps in his cage and feels safe in there. He likes being outside in the sun in the day and inside to sleep at night.
We are sad to think of rehoming him but we really want to do what is best for Arthur and feel that we can no longer give him the attention and time that he deserves. We would love to find him a better suited home so that he can live his best life. He has a lot to offer someone who has the time to spend with him.
