Currently out on trial with new owner: Suki is eight months old. She is fully vaccinated but not de-sexed. We were waiting for her first heat as advised by our vet.
We are rehoming because she is great with my two teenagers but is mouthy with my youngest child who is nine. She is also not settling well with our cat. She will need a home that does not have younger children, cats or other small animals.
Suki loves company and attention, and will follow you around everywhere. She lives inside with us and is used to having someone around most of the day everyday. She is an active dog. She loves her crate. She is very quiet. She barks at the vacuum cleaner until she’s told to leave it, but will sit and watch the world go by without a peep. She loves her chew toys.
She will require an experienced owner who is firm and consistent to continue her training. She is food driven and loves attention and playing games so she’s easy to reward.
She loves going to the beach and meeting other dogs. She gets very exuberant. She is confident with smaller dogs but tends to be a bulldozer, and submissive with bigger dogs.
She generally walks well on leash but will need more training. She wants to meet every person and dog that we come across so she needs more training around distractions and how to greet people nicely.
