I am needing to rehome her beautiful 5 year old dog Steffie as unfortunately I am no longer in a position to take care of her. It has not been an easy decision to make, she is a member of our family and this is to give her the best life possible.
Steffie can only be described as a sweet angel, she loves to be given a cuddles and picked up (if you can manage, she’s heavy!), and has been brought up around other dogs, cats and kids on a large rural property. She is a great guard dog and doesn’t react to traffic sounds etc. Important to note she isn’t trained – her recall isn’t good, she can sometimes be food-possessive, and can get anxious and will bark at other dogs and men she doesn’t know. She really needs someone willing to put time and energy into training her, she is really smart and an incredible companion. She loves walks, swimming, and hanging out on the couch. We don’t know her breed, maybe some kind of staffy/pointer mix.
