We’re looking for a safe, loving home for a boy — a 2‑year‑old Shar Pei X who deserves so much more than the situation he’s been handed.

His owner’s rental has been sold, and she has no choice but to leave. She can’t take him with her, and we already have a dog he doesn’t get along with. We’ve had him here for a few days, and honestly… he has been sweet, gentle and very energetic lol with every one of us (female household). He just wants to be close, to feel safe, and to know he belongs.

He is:
Neutered
• Beautiful natured if he trusts you
• affectionate with women
• Unsure with males, simply because he was raised by a female
• Best as an only dog, or with slow, careful Intro other dogs as he was with 2 other dogs for a year or so
• Crate‑trained, sleeps quietly once settled.
• A natural guard dog — he’ll let you know if someone is around, protective of his people n space

This boy bonds deeply. You can see it in the way he watches you, follows you, and relaxes once he knows you’re “his person”. He’s the kind of dog who will sit by your feet, follow you from room to room, and curl up happily once he knows you’re home.

We refuse to let him end up in a pound. He doesn’t deserve that kind of fear or uncertainty. He deserves a home where he can feel safe, loved, and cherished
