Hello, with a very heavy heart we are trying to find a good home for this boy.
His name is Baxter and he is a mastiff cross.
He is around 4 years old and has been well loved in our family home.
He is fantastic around children and loves being around people, we do not have a cat so not sure there but doesn’t seem to mind the neighbourhood cats at all.
He is a bit nervous around other dogs, but not aggressive, he just doesn’t like being approached and will back off and sometimes give a bark but sadly because of his size people can take it the wrong way.
Baxter has the funniest personality you could meet. He gives the biggest hugs and just adores human attention, but sadly this is why we need to give him the home he needs.
We have had a change in jobs and sadly this means he is left at home by himself during the day and has become really anxious and not coping being alone. We have been told by the neighbours he cries a lot and has now started to take it out on items around the house, yet when we
are at home, he is the best and most chill dog you could meet, we have looked into doggie day care but sadly that is not something we can afford.
Baxter wouldn’t harm a fly, and have decided it is not fair on him and he needs a family that will be around for him.
Baxter is neutered, wormed and up to date on his vaccinations.

We just want him to be loved and cared for as this is not an easy decision we have made.
