Meet Moose! 🐾❤️

Moose is a gorgeous, loving three-year-old boy who is looking for his forever home in the Whangārei area. He is desexed, toilet trained and ready to find a family who will love him and give him the life he deserves.

Moose was rescued as a seven-week-old puppy and has always been loved and well cared for. He is a happy, affectionate boy who loves to run, chase his balls, sunbathe, have cuddles and generally have lots of fun. 🥰 He doesn’t chew things that aren’t his toys and is a lovely, playful boy with lots of love to give.

Moose would suit an active owner who can give him plenty of time, attention, exercise and companionship. We think he would really thrive in a home where he can be involved in family life and get lots of love, attention and sleep indoors.

Due to personal family circumstances, we are sadly needing to find Moose a new home. This is not a decision we have made lightly, and our biggest priority is finding him the right family where he can settle in, be loved and truly be part of the family.

We also want to be completely honest about Moose so that we can find the right fit. He can be quite vocal at times, when visitors knock at the door and we have noticed some possessive behaviour around his space when another dog is present and we are outside at home with him. He has never hurt anyone but thought it’s improtbsnt to note that he does bark and is protective of his owner. This has been situational, and we are happy to discuss this in more detail privately with anyone genuinely interested. We want to be upfront about everything so that Moose can go to a home that is right for him.
