Name: Juno
Age: 15 months
Sex: Female
Desexed after having a litter of pups (she was a lovely mama), has had her first 2 shots, is microchipped and registered and up to date with flea & worm treatment
Breed: American Bulldog mix
Temperament: she is a nervous and timid girl who takes a bit to warm up but once she is comfortable she will follow you around and wants to be wherever her person is.
She is wary of strangers but if she is introduced and has time to get over herself, she is fine.
She gets on with other dogs as she was part of a litter of 13, sheβs submissive and a follower when it comes to other dogs but will stand her ground if they bully her. She likes cats and is gentle with them.
I would say sheβs not suited to young children as she has no experience with them, but older kids and teenagers would be ok.
She loves cuddles, being groomed, pats and attention and has been an inside dog.
She is an active dog that needs daily walks and activity and can get into chewing things and digging if bored.
She is a good guard dog, knows basic commands and comes when called. She thrives with firm boundaries and structure around her and needs a secure owner who is firm with boundaries.

Reason for rehoming: my partner and I have four dogs between us and the dynamics are not working for them. Juno is missing out on getting the love and attention that she deserves and I want to find her a home where she can thrive and come into her own without being overshadowed by our other dogs.
She is also a skilled escape artist and not suited to inner city life. She needs a home where she can have the freedom to explore and stay occupied.
