Looking for a new home for our beautiful, brindle and white, 6 year old pure breed English Staffordshire Bull Terrier Luna. (Comes with papers)

We are having to move at short notice to the UK to be with my mother who is very sick. We sadly cannot take Luna with us so need to find a new loving home for her. We leave in October.

Luna previously belonged to my mother in law who sadly passed away a year ago in July. Luna has been with us for just over a year now, she has a gorgeous nature, loves cuddles, walks and playtime with her favourite rope and toys. She is fully house trained, we have never had any accidents inside the house since she’s been with us.

Luna is desexed and up to date with her vaccinations and worming/flea treatments. She is microchipped and registered.

Luna really needs a home with no other pets or children and with owners who have time and skills to continue with some training for her.

My mother in law was quite an anxious person when walking Luna near other dogs and she can still sometimes be reactive when on lead because of this. Luna is way more relaxed than when we first brought her home but still needs some patient training.
She has stayed in kennels and has socialised with dogs in this environment on a few occasions. She previously lived with 2 golden retrievers that she got along well with but definitely needed space she could escape to be alone when she’d had enough.

Luna does not have good recall yet, we have been trying to train her and have seen some improvement but we do not let her off lead in public.
Luna loves people and wants to greet everyone she meets. She has never been around small children and so would not recommend her going to a home with kids.
