- On the pet’s page, open Report this listing.
- Choose what’s wrong: a scam, pet not in New Zealand, being sold not rehomed, an animal welfare concern, duplicate or spam, already adopted, or something else.
- Add a note if you like, then tap Send report.
- In a hurry? Tap Report scam under the message button. You have 5 seconds to tap again and undo.
Good to know
- If 3 people report a listing, it’s hidden until we check it.
- If an animal is being hurt right now, contact the SPCA or your council’s animal services.
- Meet the pet in person before paying anything, and never pay a deposit, courier or transport fee up front.
