All your conversations about pets are in Messages.
- Tap Messages at the top of your Account page. A number shows how many are unread.
- Choose a conversation from the list.
- Type your reply, or tap a quick reply to fill the box.
- Tap Send. New replies appear without refreshing the page.
Good to know
- Owners see the person’s adopter profile at the top of the conversation.
- “Seen” shows under your message once the other person has read it.
- If a message mentions payment, shipping, a link or another app, you’ll see a warning under it.
