You chat with owners on Pet Rescue, so your phone and email stay private until you choose to share them.
- On the pet’s page, tap Message (it shows the owner’s name).
- Say hello and tell them a bit about your home: who lives there, other pets, and your garden or section.
- Tap a quick reply to fill the box if you like, then tap Send.
- Find your conversation any time in Messages.

- Owners reply faster when you’ve filled in your adopter profile.
- You can start up to 10 new conversations a day.
- Meet the pet in person before paying anything, and never pay a deposit, courier or transport fee up front.
