We can email you and send an alert to your phone or computer when someone messages you.
- Go to Settings on your Account page.
- Turn New message emails on or off, then tap Save.
- Turn News and site updates on or off, then tap Save.
- Next to Phone alerts, tap Turn on and allow notifications when your browser asks. Do this on each phone or computer you use.
- To stop phone alerts on a device, tap Turn off there.
Good to know
- Message emails come at most once every 30 minutes per conversation.
- Every email has an unsubscribe link that turns message emails off in one click, without logging in.
- Turning off message emails also stops our other emails about pets, like new-match alerts. Important emails about your own listings still come.
